If you couldn't make it to Gail's, you missed a great time. No new Bunco Queen tonight. Instead we had a wonderful social visit. Gail catered the evening with lasagna and exotic desserts from Mendolas and created her own yummy salad dressing from herbs in her garden. Lots of laughs and good conversation. We discussed mixing things up a bit - maybe taking in a movie now and then, or watching a movie bigger than life at Nancy's. Other things we talked about were a tour of the wine country, shopping in Wimberly or Fredericksburg, the farmer's market in Oak Hill on Saturday mornings. We're up for just about anything and would love to hear from anyone who has an idea. Remember, the idea of the Preserve Ladies is not all about playing dice - it's about getting to know each other and having a good time. If you can't make it every time, come when you can.
